RADIO:
Two-week drive-time promotional schedule on major San Francisco radio stations, both AM & FM whose listener base matches the core audience profile.
TELEVISION:
Steven Restivo Event Services, LLC will partner with a Bay Area television station to run advertising and promotional announcements about the Festival at least two weeks prior.
NEWSPAPER & MAGAZINE:
Advertising in local and regional newspapers will appear two to three weeks prior to the Festival. Also featured in community event listings and the "weekend" sections. In addition to paid and promotional media, we will embark upon a comprehensive publicity and non-media promotional campaign launching one month prior to the Fillmore Jazz Festival.
DIRECT MAIL:
Steven Restivo Event Services, LLC will produce 25,000 postcards. All participating Artists have the opportunity to send postcards to their valued customers, generating an audience from outside the area. Fillmore Street businesses also receive and distribute postcards to customers and visitors, and hotel concierge desks share postcards with guests, increasing out-of-town tourist traffic to the Festival.
POSTERS:
We produce 1,500 posters distributed to community businesses for display in their windows.
